Velstar built and launched a dedicated parts eCommerce platform, giving trade and retail customers direct access to 45,000+ spare parts, fully integrated with the Ibcos Gold dealer management system for real-time stock and order processing.
Operating across 13 depots, Russell’s serves a broad customer base spanning agriculture, arboriculture, groundcare and construction.
Velstar's relationship with Russell's spans multiple projects, including a prior discovery project to map out a wider eCommerce platform for the business.
Russell's Parts Shop is the dedicated online parts arm of that broader digital strategy, designed to give trade and retail customers direct access to the spare parts they need without going through the main machinery site.
