Gym+Coffee is an Irish activewear and lifestyle brand trading internationally across Ireland, the UK and beyond.
With five separate regional Shopify stores creating operational complexity and an inconsistent customer experience, the brand needed to consolidate onto a single, scalable platform.
Velstar led UX/UI strategy, design, SEO and data and analytics across a structured three-stage delivery, working alongside Gym+Coffee's own development team to bring the project to life.
Founded in Ireland, Gym+Coffee has built a reputation for life-ready activewear designed to move seamlessly from workouts to everyday life. The range spans hoodies, joggers, leggings, sweatshirts, knitwear and accessories for women, men and kids, with a community-led identity reinforced by physical Clubhouse stores and a loyal customer base.
The brand trades across Ireland, the UK and other international markets through its own eCommerce sites, a Tapcart mobile app and physical retail. Regular designer collaborations and frequent new drops keep the range feeling current, and a genuine omnichannel approach, spanning web, app and in-store, sits at the heart of the brand experience.
