Overview
Cutler & Gross is a British luxury eyewear brand with over 55 years of heritage and a global retail footprint spanning flagship stores and more than 2,000 stockists across 50 countries. To match the precision of their handcrafted product, the operational infrastructure behind their eCommerce needed to work to the same standard.
Working in partnership with integration specialists Patchworks, Velstar built an automated data bridge between the Cutler & Gross Shopify storefront and the SEKO Warehouse Management System (WMS), eliminating manual data entry and establishing real-time inventory synchronisation across their global fulfilment network.
Founded in London in 1969 by opticians Graham Cutler and Tony Gross, Cutler & Gross has spent over five decades making luxury eyewear a statement of individual style. Each frame is handcrafted in Italy or Japan using the finest materials, with no external branding, letting the craftsmanship speak for itself. The brand has dressed artists, rock stars, writers, and royalty, and today operates flagship boutiques in London, Bath, New York, and Toronto.
