Over the decades, they've developed deep relationships within the retail industry, becoming one of the UK's leading buyers of high-street clothing. The brand currently operates 9 stores across the UK and is known for offering strong value in the budget fashion market.


You Know Who's wanted to launch an affiliate marketing channel and make it profitable. The goal was to apply a full-funnel affiliate strategy—including voucher codes, cashback, CSS, closed networks, product aggregators, and content partners—to drive revenue and awareness. However, the main focus was on promoting their low-cost product deals to attract new customers. As a relatively unknown brand online, it was initially difficult to get daily deal partners to feature their offers. Establishing credibility and consistent posting was a significant early hurdle.


We onboarded over 100 click-active partners across the funnel. Voucher sites like Savoo and NetVoucherCodes supported lower-funnel conversions, while content partners like OK Magazine and 10Ways drove upper-funnel awareness—with higher commissions to incentivize their reach. The core strategy revolved around pushing low-price single product deals through daily deal affiliates and Facebook deal pages such as Ashleigh Money Saver, UK Deals and Giveaways, Playpennies, and Bargain Hunter UK. A regular partner newsletter was introduced to keep affiliates updated as new stock arrived. While many partners initially required up-front payments, strong commission-based results helped build trust. Today, the brand is a key partner for many affiliates, with deals being promoted quickly and effectively on a standard commission basis.
